Return & Refund Policy

At PicarlyRide, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality electric bikes and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and the e-bike must have less than 10 kilometers on the display.

  • The product must be in original packaging and include all accessories (charger, keys, tools, manuals, etc.).

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice).


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@picarlyride.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

  2. Include photos/videos of the item, a short explanation of the reason, and your order number.

  3. If approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for return shipment.

  4. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products from unauthorized resellers

  • Products with human-caused damage

  • Custom or special orders

  • Free promotional items or giveaways

  • Opened or used batteries

  • Individually purchased accessories (unless DOA)


3. Refund Conditions

Refund Time

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • PayPal: Within 48 hours

  • Credit Card: 7–14 business days

  • Klarna: 5–12 business days


Important Notes

  • Returned products must match the order and condition agreed upon; otherwise, a partial refund may apply.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Each part is eligible for one replacement only in case of defects.

  • If you repair a defect locally (after approval), we may reimburse the repair cost (up to twice the part value) with a valid invoice.
