How long will it take for delivery?
Generally speaking, orders for ebikes are expected to be delivered in 7-10 working days, and orders for accessories are expected to be delivered in 14-20 working days. But it may sometimes be extended depending on the logistics situation.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
The displayed price already includes shipping and tax, you don't need to pay extra.
Is it possible to provide an invoice?

How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. We also support Klarna installment payment.
How to track my order?
You can enter your tracking number on the official website of the logistics company to track the location of your package.

Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to modify an order once it has been shipped. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. If you want to cancel your order, please refuse the package. For returns due to customer reasons, customers need to pay for shipping.
What happens if I want to return my refurnished ebike?
Generally this is not possible. When you receive your bike, it is very important that you carefully inspect it for any imperfections or defects. If your bike was delivered malfunction, please contact our customer service email: support@fafreesebike.com. An exchange for the same bike is possible in certain cases.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
How can I check if it can be shipped to my city?
Due to the restrictions of the logistics company, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote areas. You can learn more on our Shipping page.
