At PicarlyRide, we are committed to providing high-quality electric bikes and after-sales support to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our warranty policy carefully.
1. Warranty Period
We offer the following warranty coverage:

E-bike main frame: 1 year warranty

Battery, motor, controller, display, and charger: 6–12 months (depending on model)
If the product is found to have non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge. After the warranty expires, the customer must cover the cost of parts and shipping.
All e-bikes sold on PicarlyRide.com are brand-new and factory-tested. All parts are original unless otherwise specified.
Please note:

Second-hand or modified e-bikes are not covered under warranty.

Individually purchased accessories are sold at cost price and, except for DOA (Dead on Arrival), are not covered by warranty.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The following cases are not covered under warranty:

Damage or failure caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or not following the instruction manual.

Unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications.

Damage from accidents, incorrect storage, or external impact.

Repair expenses from third-party shops without prior consent.

Minor scratches, dents, or wear on packaging due to shipping.

Returning a product without our written approval.

Consumable parts such as tires, saddles, brake pads, rotors, plastic parts, etc.
3. How to Apply for Warranty
Follow these steps to request warranty service:
Step 1: Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Step 2: Email a brief description along with your order number, issue details, and media to support@picarlyride.com.
Step 3: Our team will diagnose the problem and offer a suitable solution.
Step 4: If needed, we may send you troubleshooting instructions. You’ll need to follow the steps and share videos or photos to help us verify the issue.
Step 5: After confirmation, we will reissue the necessary parts and send them to your verified address.
