We offer secure and flexible payment options through trusted global gateways. All payment data travels over SSL/TLS encryption and is processed by PCI-DSS–compliant payment providers.

Accepted Payment Methods
1) Credit & Debit Cards
We accept major cards via our secure gateways: Visa Mastercard American Express.
Card details are never stored on our servers.
2) PayPal
Fast checkout with PayPal. Where available, customers may see Pay Later / Pay in 3 options shown by PayPal based on their eligibility.

- Login to PayPal and choose your option
- Confirm the order securely
Installment availability is determined solely by PayPal and varies by country and profile.
3) Apple Pay
Available on supported Apple devices. Choose Apple Pay at checkout and confirm with Face ID or Touch ID.
4) Google Pay
Available on supported Android devices and browsers. Choose Google Pay at checkout.
5) Shop Pay
Express checkout powered by Shopify. You may save your details for faster future purchases.
Not currently available: Klarna installments. If/when enabled, we’ll update this page.
Currency, Taxes & Invoices
- All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT for EU deliveries.
- If you order from outside the EU, local duties/taxes (if any) are your responsibility.
- A digital receipt/invoice will be emailed after successful payment.
Security & Compliance
- Payments are protected by SSL/TLS encryption end-to-end.
- Processing is performed by PCI-DSS–compliant payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal).
- Where supported, we use 3D Secure (3DS) authentication to reduce fraud.
- We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.
Authorization, Capture & Holds
- On order placement, your bank may place a temporary authorization.
- We typically capture funds when the order is confirmed for shipment.
- Anti-fraud screening or address mismatches may trigger a brief hold until verified.
Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refund timelines vary by method and issuing bank (cards 7–14 business days; PayPal typically faster).
- If a chargeback is filed, we’ll provide documentation to the processor; resolution timing depends on the card network/PayPal.
Order Verification
- We may request additional information (e.g., billing address confirmation or ID) to prevent fraud.
- Orders suspected of unauthorized activity may be cancelled and refunded for your protection.
Payment Troubleshooting
- If a card is declined, try another card or PayPal.
- Ensure sufficient funds and that 3D Secure/OTP is completed.
- Contact your bank to approve the charge or remove any merchant/country restrictions.
- Apple Pay/Google Pay require supported devices/browsers with wallet enabled.
