1. What warranty does Vitilan offer on their e-bikes?
Vitilan provides an 18-month manufacturer's all-inclusive warranty against manufacturing defects for models T7, U7, and I7 Pro. The V3 model comes with a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers components such as the frame, front fork, motor, and more. Note that free accessories are not covered, and the warranty is non-transferable.
2. How long does shipping take, and which areas are covered?
Vitilan offers free shipping to various European countries, including Poland, France, Germany, and others. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once the order is shipped.
3. What is Vitilan's return policy?
Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the e-bike must be unused, free from dirt or damage, and in its original packaging. Returns require prior approval from Vitilan's customer service. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for a return shipping fee of AUD$1000.
4. Are there different models of Vitilan e-bikes available?
Yes, Vitilan offers a range of e-bike models to suit various needs, including fat tire folding e-bikes, step-thru designs, and commuter e-bikes. These models cater to activities from off-road adventures to daily commuting.
5. Can I modify my Vitilan e-bike?
Vitilan does not recommend major modifications to their e-bikes, as each bike is thoroughly tested before leaving the factory. Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.
