Can I ride the SY26-II in the rain?
Although SAMEBIKE electric bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so please be careful and try to avoid riding in the rain. As for the waterproof rating, the entire bike meets the IP54 standard, the motor, battery and display is the IP64.
What is the warranty?
All SAMBIKEs are covered by the manufacturer's 1-3 year all-inclusive warranty for all manufacturing defects for the original owner. (All free parts are not covered by the warranty).
